These terms cover the estimates G.A. Building Group Pty Ltd (ABN 42 150 770 924) prepares through this site.

Your Estimate

We prepare your estimate from the plans and answers you send us, and George checks and approves every one before it's emailed to you as a PDF. Your estimate is a guide for budgeting, and the final price comes from trade quotes, your selections and your building contract. Lines marked as an allowance or a quote are still to be confirmed. Your estimate is valid for 30 days from the date on it.

Your Plans

Only send plans you have the right to share. We use your plans and details to prepare your estimate and to contact you about it. Your plans are read by George and by the AI services that prepare the estimate.

Payment

You see the fee on the form before you pay. You pay by card through Stripe, and we never see your card details. Your tax invoice comes by email.

Your Rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
