On a knock down rebuild the existing side and rear fences usually stay, so only the front needs fencing.
If you attached the engineering, the slab is read off it. These fill the gaps the drawings leave.
Work that is not ticked and not on the plans stays out of the estimate and is listed as excluded.
The wind rating comes off the soil report or the energy report if you have one.
Leave anything you are not sure about and we will assume the standard.
